Australian beauty Miranda Kerr, and Esquire UK’s sexiest woman alive, was spotted in New York in a partly wild, partly classic ensemble. Her blue skinny jeans, black Stella McCartney blazer, and black Givenchy flats are the classics, and the wild comes in with her large Miu Miu cat-eye sunnies and leopard-print Christopher Kane shirt. A large black leather tote completes Miranda’s ‘fit, adding a luxe-feel. This is an easy way to try the popular animal-print trend without going over the top.
Take a break from all the “skinny” in this season’s loose trousers. Pair them with a striped sweater, a serious watch, and minimal shoes and bag.
Naomi and the train on her Alexander McQueen gown. So major!
To represent Britain fashion at this year’s Olympic Games Closing Ceremony, British supermodels Naomi Campbell, Kate Moss, Georgia May Jagger, David Gandy, Jourdan Dunn, Stella Tennant, Lily Cole, Karen Elson, and Lily Donaldson hit the stage, all wearing gold. Lily wore an Erdem dress and Charlotte Olympia pumps. Stella wore a Christopher Kane pantsuit, and David looked handsome in a Paul Smith suit. Both Naomi Campbell and Kate Moss stunned in Alexander McQueen gowns. Karen Elson wore a Burberry gown paired with Jimmy Choo sandals. Lily shined in a Vivienne Westwood gown, and so did Georgia May Jagger in a Victoria Beckham dress and Giuseppe Zanotti heels. And last, but not least, Jourdan Dunn looked amazing in a Jonathan Saunders gown with a headdress by Stephen Jones. You may recall that the models wore the same ensembles in an editorial for Vogue UK September 2012. I’d say the supermodels represented in a big way!
How can one manage to look completely laidback, but still very chic? – by putting on an eye-catching piece! Rosamund Pike attended the Stone Roses Adidas Secret Gig held at Adidas Underground in London in a simple white shirt, black jeans, black boots, and accessorized with a gold bracelet. What made her ensemble pop was her $2,325 Christopher Kane Leopard Print Biker Jacket, adding bold detailing to her outfit.
It was all about intricate prints, bold hues, and simple shapes for Christopher Kane Spring 2013. T-shirts are paired with cotton shorts, and crisp short-sleeve shirts are worn with cutoff jersey track pants. The designer stated “Boys wear simple pieces, so I like to keep it real.” Very real, indeed.
Check out some photos from London’s annual Serpentine summer party, that took place last night, which included guests Cara Delevigne, Azealia Banks (who performed), Christopher Kane and more! This year’s fete was created by Herzog & de Meuron in collaboration with Ai Weiwei, and included a major exhibition of the work of Yoko Ono.

Designer Christopher Kane stated of his Resort 2013 collection that “It’s kind of about taking ownership of my MA references, and about remembering being at art school with girls walking round with paint under their fingernails.” The collection boasted leather jackets, bright colors, “car seat” belt buckles clipped to some of the dresses, and more.
Alexa Chung loves her peter-pan collars! She stuck to her signature style as host at the Scottish Fashion Awards in an embellished collar blouse, a Cristopher Kane dress, and a pair of suede Gucci loafers. Do you like Alexa’s school-girl prep ensemble as much as I do, or do you wish she’d switch it up a bit?
